This commitment is evident through leveraging his platform to advocate for action among organizational leaders and developing strategic plans with local nonprofits in Salem, Oregon, to enhance equity and inclusion within their organizations.
Salem Free Clinics - Ray conducted demographic and quantitative organizational cultural assessment that has been used to address organizational changes to better serve the healthcare needs of their uninsured population.
Church At The Park - This non-profit organization that serves the unhoused community experiences tremendous growth with an operating budget from $250,000 to $8 Million in 3 years. Ray designed a leadership and governance structure to support its expansion, meet operational needs, and produce effective results. In addition, Ray has developed and equipped leaders within operations to carry out EDI within their work.
